Opening account at FV Bank, how long does it take?

Does anyone have experience with opening an account at FV bank? I sent my application but it has been almost a month. No idea what to expect. Is this normal?

They usually don't reply to cold applications. You need to be introduced.

It doesn't usually take that long, maximum 2 weeks, what was your business niche? what‌ was your use case for the account?

Tried opening a personal account, not a business one. Typical application, just wanted the account‌ to access ACH transfers for trading on US exchanges.

I sent them an email and got a reply to wait, that was about 2‌ weeks ago.

That's why I would try to call them‍ or if they have a live chat, I would try to contact them that way.⁠ Just sitting passively and waiting for something to happen, I don't believe you'll get much⁤ out of it.

2 weeks are not so much for a‍ bank application today (IMO and unfortunately), nevertheless
in such a situation, I would rather go for⁣ Zenus.

I have had an FV bank personal account for about 6 months so far, debit‌ card purchases online and in EU and US been no problem so far. Domestic (US)‍ and international wire transfers all gone through no issues, payments to crypto custody wallet seems⁠ to take upto 48 hours to actually show up but they all have. So far⁤ so good, am in process of applying for a business account for US LLC, I'll⁣ update once it's open and been operating a few months

What's the maximum transaction have you sent through them?

I sent test transactions of 2k︀ and 5k and was deposited within 5 minutes each. Now I sent 50k and it's︁ been half day under approval

Furthermore is your account personal or business?

My account is a personal account. All my transactions are small, upto 6k⁠ usd value in both tether and btc and in all cases has taken 24 to⁤ 48 hrs to credit in custody wallets.
