Opening a UK LTD for non-residents to use Stripe as a payment gateway

Below is the email I received from them. I‍ left the website link as well in case you can check it and maybe see⁠ something I'm not seeing.

-I have a UK company registered with a registered︃ work address, or did you mean personal address?
- In the Contact Us section, I︄ have a form that a client can complete and we receive it by email, true︅ I don't have an address or a phone number there but so is so many︆ other working websites.
- I'm using a service called (Sonetel) for the calls (monthly subscription)︇ not cheap by any means, also I only use Stripe website using the VPN for︈ UK (also tested)
- For the bank account, I'm using Transferwise, which also a lot︉ of people use.

They did however ask me to upload a copy of my passport︊ and driving license which are of course not in the UK, how ever if I︋ have a legally registered business and every other thing is order, it shouldn't be a︌ problem, right?

In the terms‍ and conditions you must a resident of the UK/EU.

They have your ID on file⁠ so you are blown.

You can without big trouble setup a UK company with darks, get an EMI and‌ merchant account for all kind of business acticity.

Have a nice look inside the mentor‍ gold for extra information, you can even open a thread there and I will be⁠ happy to tell you what to do.

The costs to join the mentor gold is⁤ a fraction of most of the s**t you will pay for and loose money on⁣ anywhere else.

I read all this post, you seem really knowledgeable about this issue.

I am currently tax‌ resident in Spain, planning to get residency in Paraguay (which has territorial taxation). Would you‍ recommend creating UK LLP & register to Stripe prior to changing my residency, in order⁠ to get approved?

Or else, residency doesnt matter as long as there is a UK⁤ nominee upon LLP creation?

Yes get⁣ the stripe Account with the Spanish residency. They don't support Paraguay residents.

Since you guys are talking UK LTD can i sneak in and ask a question?‌ If you own less than 25% of shares in a LTD you are not shown‍ under the "person with significant control" tab in the companies house registry, is⁠ that correct?
