Openig a payment processor

Hello brothers , i m thinking to open a payment processor for high risk and normal risk payments processing .
for this i have to find the right acquirer bank .
anyone can help me to find a good bank ? and maybe i also need to open a offshore company for this .
Who can help me with this ?
or who have a payment processor i can work as a reseller if someone is opened for collaborators🙂
