is it possible to open offshore companies with false documents (false but valid or cloned)?

I wouldn't recommend it since it's a crime and cause massive problems but yes, it‌ is theoretically possible.

It's also possible to open companies with no documents without breaking any‍ laws. Many (if not most) registered agents in the US do not ask for any⁠ KYC when forming an LLC in Wyoming, New Mexico, Delaware, or Nevada.
