Yoursafe is a really good choice, yes.
It's a trusted company.⁣ You can generally expect safety with EU EMIs. Although they are overregulated, consumer protection and⁢ other beloved 'soc-dem' principles are very much considered by EU legislation.

You can spend with︀ debit card and clear SEPAs with 0 issues at Yoursafe as they are processing through︁ the Lithuanian central bank. The sole problem is that their compliance department is a bit︂ disorganised and it takes time to solve things if they have questions.

Maybe you can︃ explore Swissmoney (advertiser here on this forum but it has issues with SEPA right now)︄ which may be open to higher risk or some other Swiss SRO para-banks.

Other than︅ that something like The Kingdom Bank/Jeton Bank (same ownership) pops into mind because they take︆ even ultra-high-risk in some cases and clear through EU EMIs but the pricing will not︇ be reasonable at all.

I am not sure where you are based but in︈ central Europe there are several options as an EU citizen and resident (basic LLC setup︉ and local bank account) that will be very cost effective and will not have issues︊ processing this. I don't have experience exactly in this space but in something close and︋ CZ/HU with top banks will work ok.

IMO Paxum is not too bad either but︌ they burn banking relationships somewhat often.

Alright, I'm reaching out ahead of time so us moderators don't have to CLEAN up‌ this thread. Can we please keep the opinions and debates in a different thread and‍ only comment on the question the OP asked? THANK YOU!

If you don't have anything useful to contribute about the bank that OP is asking about, then kindly stay out⁤ of this thread. Feel free to start a new one over in the Let's Talk⁣ Body forum, where you can discuss to your heart's content!

At the end of last year, the monetary authority of the Netherlands (DNB) adjusted the‌ risk classification for sex workers, making it possible for them to open and maintain a‍ business account, as they were having problems to do so. Banks comply with this classification. The tax burden is high in the Netherlands but it is therefore and nevertheless an⁤ option that you could consider.

If a bank refuses, you can legally challenge it and⁣ you will most likely win.

That applies especially to a personal account if you register⁢ as a self-employed person (but that comes with a higher tax rate). Because you are︀ not a legal entity in that way It is a constitutional right to have an︁ account in your name. At least 1 bank is obliged to provide this.

In case︂ you do: don't go with SNS, Regiobank but with bigger banks such as ING which︃ are known to be more lenient towards foreigners.

Considering you like investing, the Netherlands doesn't︄ charge a capital gains tax on stocks (however there is a wealth tax), a small︅ advantage

Please don't take my thoughts as financial or legal advice, I'm just thinking out︆ loud

Good luck in your search, I hope you find a possibility

There are several hundred different EMIs. Most banks don’t know that the transfer comes from︇ OnlyFans, as the company name is different. You might also be able to receive payouts︈ in smaller amounts?

i think banks have had⁤ a far greater negative impact on society! haha. I love how you defend the banks,⁣ the same banks that funded and supported the cartels knowingly?! The banks that collapsed the⁢ economy by ignoring risk and chasing profit. The banks that fund war and terrorism but︀ of course a woman show her on the internet is the problem with society. ‍︁♀️

How is profiting from male desire for sexual gratification a problem for society. I think︂ its mostly because Men are used to sexualising women for free and it irks them︃ that a lot of women can monetize it now. ‍♀️

I am sorry you have︄ had a hard time with the ladies 12345, i hope it gets better.

Thanks @aniglo22 I will keep my hopes up on YourSafe then I had no luck with CosmoPayment︅ for business and there personal is limited to $80k.... annually!

Wow. You are awesome I will be looking for a Dutch Tax Specialist︇ tomorrow. This was a great lead and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

Thanks for the idea @Dandyline , its hard to justify running this like I am laundering︈ money and that is the problem if I start making 10k deposits to 30 different︉ accounts it is kind of a red flag.

Awesome response. Thanks @ilke .

Ok I will︉ keep working with YourSafe let's hope there are not too many compliance issues (how does︊ Verotel not have a handle on this?!)

I haven't seen Swissmoney but will look into︋ them now. TKB/JB give me... vibes. haha. I will look into them though, options are︌ always useful in this space and nothing is cheap

I hadn't considered HU or CZ︍ but obviously there is precedent for adult I just need to look into the tax︎ implications.

Paxum sometimes just randomly burns a banking partner and your money is stuck which️ gets frustrating.

Honestly I wish OF paid in crypto might put some pressure on the‌ banks as well.

Anyway awesome post so thanks. I will follow up with what I‍ find as well. Only fair to share back.

Try Bunq, if it doesn't work look elsewhere, better outside the EU and CH.

I didn't say that I⁣ love banks and support all they do but they are private companies, they can refuse⁢ to work with anybody if they don't want to, it's freedom. I give them credit︀ here for refusing to work with (in my opinion) harmful business.
Please refrain from personal attacks, I just shared my opinion

If you are looking for a dutch bank I can recommend both Vivid and Bunq, I︃ have positive experience working with both of them (although bunq has very slow customer service,︄ vivid would be my first choice here)

Banks are private companies that play an important role in society, and should refrain from moral judgements. They should reject illegal businesses, not those that they consider immoral.

No problems for me with Bunq while I was rejected by vivid for unknown reasons.

Does anyone know other nl banks?

Onlyfans really needs to embrace crypto. Content creators should focus on what they are good‌ at rather than wasting time begging banks for an account =)

Aside from the advice here. Can you reach out to some of these other big-name‌ creators and ask what they are doing? I'm seeing two, in particular, getting a ton‍ of mainstream press coverage for "running through 100 guys in a day" and claiming to be making serious cash off the back of it.
