Online Casino USA Market Payment Processing

Do you have a license to offer gambling in the US, or are you an‌ offshore gambling operator looking to bypass US regulations?

I am just a guy brainstorming options. No license to offer gambling in US because‌ there isnt one.

Federally, that's right. But it varies on a state level.

However, even if you don't‌ have a license in the US, there are solutions available. They all come with risks,‍ of course.

Do you have a gambling license somewhere else, or are you still in the idea stage?

If I have a gambling license somewhere is not related to this. That is independent‌ of what i want to do in the USA market. 🙂

Nobody has a solution? Should be pretty simple a dark setup with stripe or ccbill‌ perhaps even paypal dark? Maybe even coded with some bank.

You can use this setup for everything, it works until it discovered . A lot of unlicensed casinos work like that and are distributed through apps for iPhone.
But my⁤ tip is to not play this game with USA.

The tip is not about‌ the setup, since what you have suggested is working for every activity. There is no‍ problem here.
I never touch the U.S. market even with legit business because in case something goes wrong , you are done.

@nitehawk not really agree. But it's a personal point of view. I personally don't touch‌ but I know how much money there is with this market. I saw importants turn‍ over there, I must agree on this point. 😉

There are a lot of options for processing payments for US gambling. They just come‌ with a whole host of risks: non-settlement with no/limited legal recourse, chargebacks (which blows up‍ the account and causes non-settlement), extortion/fraud, and of course legal trouble in the US even if you are not in the US (look up Black Friday in Gambling/Poker). Some solutions⁤ are better than others.

Meeting people face to face is the best way to get⁣ good recommendations. Attend payments expos, events, and conferences. Make connections. I'd be wary of any⁢ recommendations found any other way.

No one is processing any significant volumes of gambling through︀ darks with Stripe. The setups have to be better and smarter than that.

Makes sense. But I thought Stripe would be good if you were︂ rotating maybe 10-20 Stripe Merchant Accounts at the same time so when they go down︃ the impact will be minimal.

I can't say that would be impossible and not work. But if you look at‌ what's out there on the market, that's not how the sustainable processors do it. Once‍ you reach a few million USD a month, and chargebacks start trickling in, it won't take long for Stripe to connect the dots. The same players charging back against two⁤ or three of those accounts would be disastrous. Then Stripe or possibly the card schemes⁣ themselves will start looking into your businesses and cross reference cards and card holder against⁢ accounts with similar risk factors.

The good US-facing (and similar restricted territories) gambling processing is︀ happening with the gateway, processor, and acquirer all fully aware of what's going on. But︁ even there, accounts blow up from time to time and money is lost.

Well put. The problem is that I dont think its possible to︃ find a reliable 3rd party processor (gateway, processor, and acquirer). So I think I would︄ have to do it myself. I think the key is to have it widely diversified︅ so maybe have some high risk 3rd party processors + some of my own dark︆ setups for stripe / ccbill etc. There would have to be a a custom gateway︇ rotating all the acquirers with an algorithm to hide the dots.
