Hi everyone,

I am a belgian citizen who recently moved out of Belgium to escape its socialo-communist regime.
I am currently a tax resident in Georgia.
I don't know where I will be in a few years, probably not in the EU but I am not 100% sure of that.

I have a lump sum to invest and am looking for an online broker in order to invest in worldwide ETFs.
Are there factors I need to take into account before making a choice of broker (any caveats depending on my geographical situation for instance)?
Do you have any suggestions for a low fee broker which would be relatively safe?

Thanks in advance for your recommendations and time.

Choose a broker that supports a lot of countries outside EU for future needs. Natural choice is IB, Saxobank as they both support Georgia and lots of non-EU countries and IB has global operation compared to average EU centric broker.

However check the pricing, minimum amounts etc as they may vary with region.
