On ADVcash 'Europe' card

Hello, could someone tell me please if current ADV 'Europe' card (MC?) works alright with Ebay purchases directly and is there a possibility to bound that card to PayPal account?

I know ADV cards lack 3DS but with Ebay shopping it never was an issue. At least previously.

Their support told me that cards can't be attached to PayPal. But maybe they are lying, most VISA/MCs work with Paypal. My last EMI told me the same and I was still able to buy/withdraw with their cards on Paypal.

Unionpay version can be used to pay paypal invoices.

Works fine with ebay, does not work with paypal.
