Thanks @OTT for sharing the info about Acelda.

Regarding ABABank - now it's impossible to‌ open with passport only. They are asking for:
1. address proof in Cambodia (rent contract)‍
2. work permit
3. 6-month visa.

Which I guess is doable but just more headache...⁠
