Worked with Pat Flynn and he seems very trustworthy. Once you pay him expect to not hear from him. Paid him for a corp and foundation and did the foundation but did not set up the corporation and refused to answer emails or skype.

Trust me you'll love him one you first speak to him. He's great on getting you on skype and acting trustworthy, but he won't answer emails or your skype messages AFTER you pay him.
