Well in Payee Name I put my company name, in address the companies address and sp pm... in the Contact Information section I simply put in my details. never had any issues with that!

dutchman, did you actually received payments on behalf of the an offshore company i.e. Seychelles, Belize or Panama?

I have tested the clickbank and it works perfectly fine with a Seychelles corp. and cyprus bank account, at least I can enter all details there without problems and get approved. I considering to register a Seychelles corp. just for the clickbank purpose will let you know if I face any troubles.
