Hey guys.
So this is what I am thinking of”¦
I am living in EU, in country which doesnt impose CFC. I would to move my business into country with as smallest company taxes as possible with possibility of business account.
So these are questions:
UAE freezone (dta)
New Mexico or Delaware (need to check dta)
Is there something I forgot? Any advices on this matter?

Better to say which country you live in!

Also be prepared that you will be taxed personally from all income in the company as long as you live in the EU at least.

Otherwise you will need to build strong substance for the company which is discussed forum wide a hundred times.

I am not a quitter, and therefore I share my sympathy with the content of this thread. thu&¤#

As a general rule:
CFC = big multinationals.
PE/tax residence = you.

You're not Google or Starbucks, so don't do your tax planning as if you were. Look into PE and corporate tax residence rules.

Of course, if we're talking about Malta or Cyprus, then absence of enforcement can ”” for the time being ”” be relied upon. In that case, just pick any jurisdiction you want and just don't be too egregious about it.
