offshore provider

Hello everybody
Is there a trustworthy provider that can open offshore companies and accounts? with low price. so that my name does not appear in relation to this opened company.

The providers I found on google are very dubious and with bad reviews.

I need it to open easy a bank account.

It should only be cheap and‌ my name should not be publicly visible and open from the distance. The country does‍ not matter. just not usa because with a usa company have no chance to open⁠ a bank.
