Offshore jurisdictions for fake IT companies

Hello Guys

I'm looking for jurisdictions which are well-known for IT companies. I need to create multiple companies in different countries or states. I plan to make site for every company and use them for fake credentials for my main company.

Requirements:
- easy and cheap to create with no director verification (eg. forming Delaware LLC costs 150$ and I can use fake name)
- country/state with many IT companies (USA > tax heavens)
- no need to open EMIs or bank accounts

So far I have Delaware and Wyoming. Do you have any other suggestions?

Why not look into UK companies, cheap and fast to setup a business there!

Most of my customers are from Germany and UK so it's very easy to check‌ if company is real or not. I would prefer non-UE countries.

Most offshore corps start at EUR 700 and up not sure if that is cheap‌ enough for you?
