We have an adult business and would like to know if it is possible to incorporate offshore, price, details, etc.

typically it is a P**N site, correct me if Im wrong OP.

It's going to be difficult to find anything relaible for your business. However, a good start‌ is to contact some of the major Adult payment processors like CCBILL, Verotel etc. and‍ ask what jurisdictions they support / are allowed. Then checkup on these countries.

For company⁠ formation it's typically not difficult but for bank account opening it get's challenging, most setup⁤ a cover business to get banking facility for their business.

Adult definitely makes things harder.

You've got lots of questions to ask first such as:‌

1. What are your objectives (ie. why go offershore at all? What are you hoping‍ to achieve through this?)

2. How are you accepting payments?

3. What sort of volumes⁠ will you be running through the company and what will you be doing with the⁤ money after received?

4. What's the operational structure of the company?

That's a start before⁣ you can figure out the best place to form a company.
