Offshore holdings and dividend payments

Hoping someone knows the answer to this one...

Let's say I have a Cyprus company with a Seychelles holding company as the director and shareholder (For privacy reasons only), when the time comes to pay dividends from the CY company to SC.. if there's no bank account for the holding can this be paid directly to the UBO?

Why not use an EMI if a bank account is an issue? What's the reason‌ it shouldn't have a bank account?

It's hard to open‍ an account for Seychelles nowadays...

Exactly. Tax on dividends will be paid where the company is managed so‌ Seychelles will be more of a flow through between the trading company and myself.
