Offshore holding structure?

Hello,

Does anyone have recommendations for to set-up holding company overseas to manage a USA LLC and Colombian business? I love to get schematics for visual presentation. Any recommendations for companies that do this would be great

I suggest you go through this first, a simple UK limited with a nominee director‌ might be a decent holding for the Colombian company...depending on your personal residence of course.‍

in many cases, you need to build some substance to avoid exposure to PE‍ & PoEM in your country.

You don't build substance with a nominee director alone. It also has to be a‌ real director and office including supply.

Most legit offshore structures requires resident director these days. It's called substance. You can still‌ have a resident director even if not living there, many offshore company providers provide that‍ service

Reach out to recommended providers. Setting up in the Isle of Man or Gibraltor⁠ with resident director will probably cost $4 to $7k annually
