Depends, one great offshore ountry would be the Seychelles also for banking! alternative banking would be Cyprus.

The Seychelles is OK will it be better to incorporate the holding company before I start my business or can this be done later?
Yes you will always want to incorporate the Holding company before you go further with the trading company. It can be changed later, but it requires some of the corporate docs. in the trading company to be amended.

Why you still say Seychelles Holding is better than BVI Holding Company? The BVI offer as much privacy and anonymity protection as the Seychelles do??! In the BVI you don't need to maintain accounting nor do you need to be afraid of any tax authority because they have the banking secrecy in the BVI.
The BVI can't because of the TIEA's they signed offer the same level of privacy as a Seychelles company can, sorry but that's fact of live.
