offshore for adult business

Is adult business allowed in Offshore business? I didn't know this until reading this topic. I might start mine as well 😀

• Find a payment provider that work with offshore business, most of them will work with only with US / Canada or SEPA due to Visa regulation

Yes. If these 2 issues could overcome then any jurisdiction will be haven for adult business.

Adult business is a never ending business. I'm surprised its being used in Offshore business/activities but nonetheless its a smart and efficient way for me.

For Company formation in Cyprus and Adult business it Works but not for banking. You will need to find a bank in some other country like Balticum Banks or other places.

For banking you can check with Baltikums Bank they may be able ot help you. The banks in Cyprus refuse to open accounts for Adult business.

I have written to Verotel to ask them if they would accept a Belize company with a Polish business bank account

They answered that the merchant had to be in Europe but they can establish an entity for us in the Netherlands as they are also a Trust company.They said they could pay out to the polish bank account

I guess it would help for Seychelles company but as i expected a Euro bank account is a must have & that's not the first time i can see that a Euro bank account is a must have to gather money.

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate any help re accounts for the adult-related web. I do have a website for escort ads, we charging a fee for publishing and promote their ads, I did manage to open a merchant but run into a problem to open a company bank account. We based in Uk and company also registered in Uk. But I'm open for other options if anyone can advise, please? Thank you! Pm, please 🙂

You can forget about a bank and Adult! There is no bank that will accept this type of business. Most if not all have a cover business or they have opened a local bank account in there own country and city so the bank won't ask many questions.

For adult there is no much to to. You want to setup a cover business if this shall work. You can find so many discussions on offshorecorptalk about the same. There is no real Adult friendly EMI around.
