why is it that hackers who steal in the MILLIONS of dollars usually are located or live in third world countries???????????????? why is that? ive never come across a case in which hackers stole like 100 million dollars or more and who happen to be located or live in the united states/canada/australia/new zealand or some other rich developed first world nation! can someone please explain to me this pattern??????????????????? rsvp. thank you.
p.s. i know that this may not be related directly to offshore banking but when it comes to money being stolen from banks it seems rather ironic that these people are correlated in some way to offshore financial institutions.
