Offshore Corp + bank help

Hello,

I need advice to register an offshore company + bank account that can receive monthly wires from clients and be able to send to my company bank account in pakistan. Basically I'm looking for a central point outside pakistan as some clients of mine say their bank is refusing to send wire to pakistan recently.

Would appreciate any help.

Payments are in 5/6 figures quarterly.

What are the fees for Cyprus Corp + bank? Do they tax even if‌ it's offshore?
