Offshore compound with working PayPal business account?

Hi,
Did any one ever manage to open a PayPal business account to accept payments for his 0% corporate tax offshore company business / website?

(Belize, Seychelles, Mauritius.. etc etc..)

If so, in what jurisdiction/s?

a biz paypal acct with accompanying comp docs,utility bills, Tax, etc from a jurisdiction thats‌ in sync with the Bank acct,debit card details,company certs,and biz paypal acct region.

ie.. biz‍ paypal acct is a malaysian registered acct, all docs required would be malaysian bank or⁠ card attached to paypal acct, certs of incorporation or malaysian origin,Utility bills etc,Tax No.

some alternative jurisdictions work, though not on a longterm basis,as funds get stuck or frozen at⁤ some point, and additional docs requested by paypal, scenarios such as using an offshore comp⁣ certs from one jurisdiction, and banking acct from a different region,POA etc
