I think I read Seychelles company don't need accounting correct?

Seychelles is a good offshore jurisdiction and where you don't need to file any accounting or fiscal report.

Can only admit with thelost, they are one of the few offshore jurisdictions left which still offer perfect privacy and where the company is not subject to any reporting or accounting.

No there are several others for instant Belize companies are also not required to maintain any accounting or submit financial reports.
