Offshore company with "bank" in the name Like Offshore bank international ?

New here and have lots of lots of questions hope some of you are in to help 😀


I look to register a financial service company and for that reason want to register a company offshore with the word "bank" in the name, where is that possible?


I hear New Zealand is possible but what about Seychelles or Cyprus?

Seychelles and Cyprus is a no go, you won't get the word bank in a‌ company name without to hold a valid banking license!

New Zealand may be a way‍ to go have heard the same as you mentioned.

New Zealand offers indeed a Banking license for companies incorporated there but it is not‌ possible to use the word "bank" in the company name.

Also there are no requirements‍ to any capital reserve or central control of such financial companies by any central bank⁠ I would rather put my money into a real bank and not such corporations.

If you ask me, I want to see the bank listed on a public authority‌ site before I put my hard money in there! :embarassed:

As I known, no offshore companies could be admit put the"bank" in the name.
