Offshore company that isn't recognised offshore where to register company?

I need a offshore company that isn't recognised as Offshore company but has the same privileges, say No Tax, No reporting etc.?

Well look into the UK they have a few of the benefits a Offshore company‌ has same for Cyprus both are not recognized to be offshore!

Thank you, but Cyprus has 10% corporate tax and the UK 30% as far as‌ I know, how can I avoid to pay tax?

A Cyprus non resident / offshore company pay 0% tax as I read on this‌ forum..

That is correct, even though the company still need‍ to be registered with the tax authorities now.
