Offshore company + Skrill + PayPal and Nominee director, please help clarify???

I need to know:


What offshore company can I register with nominee director and (if required) shareholder and have them sign up for a PayPal account and/or Skrill account?


Does the nominee need to be in the country of where the company has been incorporated? What is the procedure to get all this done?


Finally indication of costs and requirements would be great.

Well, you will need to look into which countries Skrill is supporting. For instant Cyprus‌ is one of the many countries. With a nominee director and shareholder you can sign‍ up your Cyprus company with Skrill without any issues. There are many other countries they⁠ support and which may be of interest for your needs.
