Hello,

New to the offshore company and have questions.

I live in Europe, for some reason I cant register a company locally, actually I have been denied registering new companies for the next 5 years. The reason is that my government claim I have fraudet some poeple and just closed my company after they claimed their money back! I have had about 30 registered companies in the past!

Does that mean I can't register a offshore company? I read Seychelles, Belize or Cyprus may be good places to register my company?

Do you think that because of my situation that I will have troubles to register a company (regardless offshore or onshore) somewhere else, I mean other country?

What requirements are there to register offshore company?

I would even be interested in opening a UK or Spain company if I can do this! I just need a company asap so I can continue my business.

There is absolute no reason for why you should not be able to incorporate a offshore company anywhere you like.

Just because you for some reason can't register a company and operate it in your home country it does not mean you can't do that offshore.

Anyone who would like to incorporate, register and operate a offshore company regardless where it is, can do so 😉

I whish you all the best with your business.

So because you are black listed in one country it does not mean you can register a company in another... that's the beauty of going offshore 🙂
