Yes, ePayments is gone. I routed my those payments to my other company account. I will not renew my Seychelles IBC probably because it does not have a bank account and I don't have time to chase EMIs or banks for bank account opening.

I also find myself looking for an offshore company accepted by apple, maybe someone have a good advice.

I only need the company for the seller display name (opening a company in my country is expensive), I will pay taxes at my home country as required.

So I'm looking for the cheapest, 0% tax, 0 accounting offshore company that I can open online, any advice?

You want to look inot Seychelles if that is possible or you setup a UK company with darks if you can get it fit into the rest of your setup!
