You send the documents to them by courier or regular post.

Euro Pacific Bank in‌ St. Vincent will not even ask for hard copies. They open accounts with just digital‍ copies. It wouldn't surprise me if Loyal Bank (also in St. Vincent) does the same⁠ if you use an introducer.

Yes documents can be send by e-mail, skype or other electronic form there is no‌ need to send any copy of originals by courier.
