Quick curiousity, I assume the above list are the areas where CClogic has already done the ground work making it quick and easy to set up a company but I was wondering if other jurisdiction are available at added expense? I suppose what I'm really asking is, can this company be paid to investigate, advise, and if needed form a company in a different jurisdiction other than the ones listed above?
 
Your right in your assumption, however, we only engage in incorporation of companies etc. in the jurisdictions where we already have established a relationship with CSP's or made other arrangements in order to partner with some law firms or similar.

Another quick curiousity then, in the interest of opening a company (subsidiary) in a jurisdiction not serviced (listed above) by CClogic, would CClogic consider partnering with another company that did have arrangements in place? For example if CClogic was used to open a Seychelles ibc that was to be a parent company to 3 subsidiaries, 2 in jurisdictions serviced by CClogic, and the third in say Antigua. Would CCLogic be willing to suggest/work with a company that did service Antigue for a "finders fee" or some retainer fee??
 
Well, we don't mind to work with other CSP's ,law for tax firms, however, a simple Seychelles IBC would not require our assistance in regards to structure subsidiary companies, however, should it, then it isn't a issue at all.

Would like to register a HK and Panama company. Can you say if we need to send any original docs to the respective countries to get the company formed?
 
For Hong Kong companies it is required to send some document to HK. For Panama not.

Can the company be registered during the time it takes to send the document? Just to safe time?

Any chance to find a HK company with merchant account opened? and maybe also cyprus bank account opened?
 
It depends very much on what you need the company for, but best privacy is granted with a Belize or Seychelles corp.
