Offshore company if no real bank account is needed?

Would you guys register a offshore company for EMI accounts used with darks? I'm looking into opening an account just this way and wonder why I want a offshore company?

Would I get double layer protection if company is opened with darks too?

Well, it depends what the purpose is for this account opening. If you just want to use it to receive payments either by Wire Transfer, Bitcoins or from other advance cash users then I would simply open a personal account the way you already indicated.
