Offshore company help for international travel business

Hi guys,

I need help with recommendations for an offshore company to support my international travel business. So far I've got Seychelles but I don't know how difficult it will be doing business with other EU companies.

I'm an EU citizen but jurisdiction in home country is very strict when it comes to tourism and with high taxes. Anyways more than 90% of my business activity comes from outside of my home country

Seychelles won't work well‌ with EU business, most will refuse to work with you in that case. You want‍ at least to put a UK LTD in front of your business activity, that's something⁠ they can work with.

I do but I have‌ a few new partnerships fairly soon and I would want all of that to be‍ on the new company. So i need a fairly quick solution.

Do you need banking? In which countries?

I do need banking also. Most of‌ my payments are commission returns from owners so I'm not making full amount invoices and‍ forwarding the money to the operator in most cases.
My clients are mostly from EU⁠ but I also get payments from Dubai, US, etc.
The less taxes the better also⁤ I need money coming in available for spending without waiting for the end of year⁣ payouts so I can finance my travels. ( main problem in Croatia + high taxes⁢ )

Move to⁢ Dubai and set up an EU company, let's say Ireland or Cyprus. Open a bank︀ account. The company should be owned by your UAE company. Transfer all the profits to︁ your UAE company and pay no tax in the EU.
