If you are new to all this and just heard from somoene that it helps you to open an offshore company and offshore bank account but you don't know where to start or where to go, then this forum will provide you the most basic information a noob could dream about. Singapore can indeed be cool for doing business, but if you consider to take your business into an offshore company this country is defiantly not what you want! Lack of privacy, accounting is required and filing of tax reports. If you want control of the company you better don't get nominees if such exists.

SBSConsulting What is the requirement to open a company in Singapore? Do you know the fees for a standard company formation in Singapore?
What offshore company formation services are doing Anguilla and Cook Islands companies? Do you have found any reliable service Agent for these jurisdictions? Important for me is the possibility to be able to open a real bank account for the company also offshore and not St. Vicent account that won't work for me, sorry! Banking in Mauritius or Belize would be fine Cyprus as a last option would also work if possible.

Have been looking for service providers of offshore companies and related services for the last few years. I found a few good ones that actually deliver and that have really competitive pricing models that let you be a winner once everything is setup. That said, so much is changing in the world atm. you will need to be careful with what you setup and how you are doing it. If you are total clear with your local tax auth. about your setup you don't care at all, just find a jurisdiction that fits into your business model and good is.
If you are looking for︀ a total anonymous way of setting up an offshore entity you may look into something︁ different than just a offshore corp. you will need a Trust and/or foundation on front︂ of your setup so you need some professionals to do the entire administration. It's not︃ going to be easy and it's not going to be cheap but it is going︄ to be good and will work out for you on long term.
