Offshore company for providing 3rd party payment processing.

We want a offshore company in order to be able to offer 3rd party payment processing for other companies in Europe, Asia and the USA. We need a payment gateway and a merchant account that allow such activity, do you think it is possible in the Seychelles or Cyprus?

You may really need to do proper research and approach just a few of the‌ banks around. It is very difficult to get such a business started and it costs‍ a lot of money. Unfortunately a Seychelles company will make it almost impossible to reach⁠ your goals.

Another thing to consider is the PCI level 1 certification that is required. The company‌ should be located where your servers are to get the costs down. I doubt a‍ Seychelles, Belize or BVI company will accomplish the task at all!
