We want a offshore company in order to be able to offer 3rd party payment processing for other companies in Europe, Asia and the USA. We need a payment gateway and a merchant account that allow such activity, do you think it is possible in the Seychelles or Cyprus?


Where can we find the bank that will want to work with us?

You may really need to do proper research and approach just a few of the banks around. It is very difficult to get such a business started and it costs a lot of money. Unfortunately a Seychelles company will make it almost impossible to reach your goals.

Do you know of a acquiring bank that will accept our business to let us provide 3rd party payment procssing with a offshore company?

Another thing to consider is the PCI level 1 certification that is required. The company should be located where your servers are to get the costs down. I doubt a Seychelles, Belize or BVI company will accomplish the task at all!
