1. Does the amount which is inclusive of Formation of Company includes payment Gateway facility including Software?


2. Please indicate us to the total annula outgo on account of maintenance of such Office and Payment Gateway. Or the payment of EURO 2500/- is one time and final except annula outgo.


3. Is there exist any restrictions as to sale of Medicine. In India there exist no restrictions of Prescription Drugs except Bulk Drugs which are derivatives of Nracotics and Psychotropic Substance- that in any case is not on my website nor we can dela in that.


Immediate upon confirmation on above we will arrange to remit the funds and send you the Application Form.


For the sake of assuarnce we herewith confirm to hold scan copy of our Drug License,Properitors Details,Utility Bills for Business premises for your arranging the needful that we can send to you.

2. Accounting and book keeping fees will depend on the number of invoices your company generate during a 12 months period.


3. There are some restrictions a per the below:

• Merchant only sells non-controlled substances!
  Merchants should also avoid products which are intended for use under specialist supervision and avoid products which require special storage conditions

[*]Prescription is mandatory for prescription required drugs

• Prescription required drug products (RX) are listed in the Orange Book of the FDA website (More...) However, please note that each country has different rules and regulation regarding prescription drugs.
  
• Pharmacy merchants offer prescriptions through an online questionnaire must clearly advise their clients that purchasing regular prescription medication over the internet is only advisable after consulting a physician.

[*]Pharmacy merchants must supply their customers with information regarding the drugs they sell.


[*]Pharmacy Merchants should only offer products which have been approved for use by the relevant authorities in both the supplier's country and the customer's country. This rule also applies for generics.



The acquirers require a pharmacy merchant to attach the following documents to their application:

• Pharmacy licence of fullfilment centers
  
• Contracts between the pharmacy merchant and the fulfillment center.
  
• Doctors licence (if medical evaluation only done online)
  Websites offering online consultation services of physicians must be able to produce a copy of the doctor´s license to practice in the territory they are prescribing to. This is to ensure that a licensed doctor is prescribing drugs based on the online questionnaire

[*]Contracts between the pharmacy merchant and prescribing doctor (if medical evaluation only done online)

• This, along with the doctor”˜s license is to ensure that a licensed doctor is working with the merchant when prescribing drugs based on an online questionaire

[*]List of name of generic drugs and their producers.


[*]List of countries they ship to and how they comply with the law of those countries.

• Pharmacy merchant may not set up their terms and conditions in a way that responsibility for importing the substance into the cardholder”˜s market is the cardholder”˜s responsability. It is the merchants obligation to be compliant to the local laws when shipping the product to the cardholder”˜s country.

Pl note that the attached list includes some of our items but majorly it pertains to Narcotic Drugs which we are not selling and nor permitted do so in India as well and hence can be non effective for us.


Further, it is very difficult for us on website to restrict a particular customer from a particular country to prevent supplies to US.


In any case, if any drugs is restricted in US it get destroyed at Port of Discharge since we are disclosing the complete detail of items which are being shipped and passes through Custom and after meeting International conventions on Drug Trafficking.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE EXIST A VERY THIN LINE BETWEEN DRUG PEDDLING AND DOING LEGITIMATE PHARMA BUSINESS AND WE ARE A LICENSED PHARMA RETAILER AND COMPLIANT TO ALL LAWS AS APPLICABLE IN THE COUNTRY OF OUR LICENSE.


But we want to understand your role with respect to the money received and due for Credit to our account. WE EXPECT THERE SHALL NOT BE ANY HELD BACK OF MONEY.

Forgot to mention, there are standard conditions for such business as, there is a rolling reserve of 10% for 180 days which is normal procedure in the industry and also for Pharmacy business, the processing rate which applies is 6,95% - 9% and EUR 0,65 per transaction, this figures are negotiable directly with the bank and payment gateway once you have proven your business.

1. An all in one package which shall include Formation of Company at Cyprus,Company Secretary, Foreign Director Nominee and all statutory compliance one time in Lumpsum at EURO 3975/- a composite cost to you and shall include payment gateway integration.


2. Bank shall held back 10% of the Credit amount for 180 days as rolling Deposit


3. Rate shall be 6.95% - 9% per transaction plus 0.65 EURO per transaction AND THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER HIDDEN COST WHATSOEVER.


4. We can use this Foregin Compnay and Bank account for all our Overseas transaction including online business. This Business transaction shall be for the purpose of other Foreign Direct Investments in other countries for all legitimate business.


5. There shall be no witholding Tax in Cyprus for any Profit so earned and nor the Foreign Directors shall have any lien on such Money of the Company.


6. No lien whatsoever by either CC Logic or any of its emplyee/consultant/Foreign Director/Nominee Director/Bank etc on the money.


7. Contract being entered in utmost good faith.


8. While foramtion of the Company is done in Cyprus we will be advising some more name from India as Co-Directors


If the above are in agreement to your corporate policy then please send us (PM with my e-mail send to you) your documentation to close the transactions at the earliest.
