Offshore Company for gray area online business advise!

I'm considering to enter the gambling industry as an affiliate and while I'm at it then Pharmacy business (selling drugs online) seems to be a multi-million business.

Now I was wondering as long as I'm only affiliate does it is illegal to have a offshore company receiving the money I earn (as an affiliate) ?

I will only promote the business I sign up with using my website and some other ways of advertising.

I don't see any comments about people have troubles with the government or any other‌ auth. of where the company is incorporated. I do see people scream and complain about‍ the banks they are doing business with holding money asking for lots of documentation.

You real problem won't be the offshore jurisdiction and the company formation! Your real problem will⁠ be to find a bank that will accept your business.

No it's not illegal to be an affiliate for a gambling⁣ / casino website you just need to convince your banks that you are only an⁢ affiliate.
