Offshore company for futures trading w/kyc

I read a few threads, but they differ a bit.

What is best country for a US citizen with LLC, to create offshore company for futures trading. Ability to KYC business owner for corporate trading account.
I understand the tax savings are not what they were, more looking for unrestricted futures trading access and no KYC issues.

As long as you have the KYC required for your person there is nothing that would stop you to setup a company somewhere in Malta, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Dubai or Romania.

I assume it's personal trading not for 3rd party ?

Correct, personal trading, well business reserves trading, but yes single member LLC.

I see dubai thrown around alot.

I would speak with @Fred and ask him to help you with a Dubai setup, that way you are safe to continue with your personal trading and won't have to worry about this and that.

If you are referring to crypto futures trading then the problem is your passport, not the set up. No crypto exchange will onboard a US person and give access to futures.
