Offshore company for dating website where?

I'm entering a new business area and wonder if there are offshore countries i.e. Belize, Mauritius, Seychelles etc. that have any restrictions to dating website business?


It's just a website offering dating, no P**N or erotic etc.

It depends very much on the nature of website, if it is a real dating‌ site with out nudity or P**N pictures it should most often not be an issue‍ to find a offshore jurisdiction where you can have a offshore company conducting such business.⁠

We are running several dating websites with both Belize and Seychelles companies. We never asked‌ anyone but just did it, this has last for at least 3 years now not‍ a single issue 🙂

Why is a dating website a problem for offshore company registration?

It's not a problem any longer. I got my setup in the Seychelles for this purpose, with cool offhsore merchant account and banking.


I have 2 high risk business running, one Pharmacy with a setup in Belize and the online dating business in the Seychelles. Has been working just great for the last 2 years!!!

The problem is not to get a company setup for a dating website / business.‌ The banking and acceptance of credit cards get a little difficult not impossible. There are‍ options to get it all sorted out smooth and hassle free so you can focus⁠ on your business.

Yeah I know of at least 2 banks that accept dating websites but they don't accept clients for credit card processing.

I agree again with you, there‍ are banks that accept dating websites if you can provide a good business strategy.
