Offshore company & bank account, I'm an expat that need your help.

First of all, thank you cclogic for this wonderul forum, I have been enjoying for a long time now.


Compared to most other forums which offer this kind of information this forum is the only one that delivers, thanks.


I'm an expat and working as consultancy in the IT business for several larger corporations. I'm considering to register a offshore company for all my acitvities and to open a offshore bank account. As I'm never anywhere more than 6 months then personal tax dosen't matter nor privacy do.


Where is the best place for me to incorporate and which looks less suspect if you know what I mean?

As you don't⁠ need to worry about the tax I would suggest you to look into a Cyprus⁤ company and Cyprus bank account, both can be ready to be used within 4 weeks⁣ if all documents are available at first time of submission.

So beeing a EXPAT you can't be at the same place more than 6 months‌ to avoid to pay worldwide income tax?

Depends on which‍ country you are a citizens of, but general speaking (Europe) you won't pay any tax.⁠
