For me I think its better to use Skrill than PayPal or Payoneer. Skrill have less TAX and apply less FEES right now than PayPal that's why some websites are jumping to another payment solution. PayPal's fees grew much larger than before.

I suggest you never trust any service in Fiverr, only a few of them having high quality service. Most of them low quality one.
I'm a fiverr seller myself and I agree with you. Trust those who already have ratings and feedbacks. But I think your money is secured by fiverr once the seller didn't give his part of the deal.
But even it's like that, we still wasting time if using a bad seller/low quality services.
Nobody has ever done that yet , at least from the people who shares their experience here. PayPal is absolutely crazy.
I think here don't have any one who accept your offer. Paypal is a real monkey. I wonder why a second alternative haven't come yet in the world🙁
The only solution you may find is the one where you don't use your own name but someone else doucments and name 😉
