Yes. You can also for a Seychelles, Costa Rica, BVI & Panama‍ offshore company. But banking has to take place in Cyprus or any other EU country⁠ for final approval.

No it is not required. Spoke with Admin for some months ago‍ and he told me simply to test it with one of the offshore corps I⁠ already own... I did and it works.

Reading the thread it seems 2co don't like HK companies, then again, what is the‌ problem for them to open an account for Hong Kong based companies? is there anyone‍ who was able to get an account there for a HK corp. ?
