Yes correct, no problems to do that. I have add a Cyprus bank account to the same Netherlands account today by submitting a ticket with all details to PayPal and asking them to add it, if this also works the limitation that some people wrote they had did not exists at least not for European countries.

I will go and add another debit card from Belize, this time not in my name, just to see if this will work too.

There are a few guys here on the forum that seem to be able to setup a offshore corp, offshore account, paypal and other payment systems with ease.. 🙂 you can also find lots of threads and post on this forum about how to get a offshore paypal account for your company!

Hello guys I have gone through all the comments and they are all helping , My name is Bello I am a fiverr freelancer based in Ghana, just today I withdrew my funds 3k+ to my Cyprus Business PayPal account and my account got limited now asking me to provide a Cyprus utility bill and Business information which I don't have. Anyone here who is able to help me, please I will pay if my account can be restored.

You need the utility bill or someone that can restore the PP account ?
