Offshore Belize company pay tax or no?

No a Belize offshore company does not pay any tax, that's why it is a attractive place for many to establish there business there.

Thank you. I read a Seychelles company also don't pay tax? If true I will start registering a Seychelles company within a few days.

A Belize company nor a Seychelles company pays any tax as long as the business is done outside of the country and the company has the status to be a IBC (International Business Company).

Thank you admin, it was actually the information I read and why I found this forum. It seems the Seychelles is a much better alternative compared to Belize and BVI? But why is that so?
 
As so many time, the answer is, there is no one fits all in regards to offshore companies and their location. You may look at what it is you try to achieve and what your goals are, for instant for some privacy is an issue other require a high level of anonymity while others again just want the tax benefit.

If you don't have a company offshore yet you may want to look into what your needs are and check out what offshore jurisdiction can help you achieving them.
 
I have a Belize company today and it is what I expected.. looking into Seychelles and Panama too.
