Offshore Banks that Pay INTEREST on Deposits

So it seems we are living in a new world where money actually has a price! And the news has hit some offshore banks.

I've started making a list of banks that pay interest rates for deposits\idle balances:

1. CIM Banque (Switzerland): 4.50% in USD for 12 months deposit and 2.25% on EUR.
   https://www.cimbanque.com/en/private-banking/bank-accounts/deposit-account/Not sure it's such a good deal as the money is placed in a 3rd party bank.
2. Interactive Brokers: 2.58% on idle USD balances
3. Robinhood paying 2-3% on idle USD balances (only US citizens)
4. WealthFront paying around 3% on idle USD balances (only for US citizens)
