I knew there were a lot of banks that doesn't require a personal visit! I was just arguing with some person a while ago with this because he points out that you need to personally visit the bank by your or your friends/families. Now I could show him this thread if ever he insists on saying that thing.

Yeah, a friend of mine was referred to this bank and through online he was able to make a bank account. You just need an email and fax machine though. Here is their website ABC Banking Corporation - count on us
