There is actually a solution to link your bank account to your PayPal account now,‌ it seems that it's possible to buy ready-made PayPal 100% verified accounts and that they‍ can be linked up to a bank account without the big problems. PM Admin for⁠ more information.

PayPal requires you to have your bank account in the same country as your company‌ or where you live in order to be able to withdraw money.

So what you‍ will need to do is the following:
Find a PayPal 100% verified account from a⁠ country where you can get a bank account and company.
Personally I have found so⁤ far verified accounts from the UK, Cyprus and Romania, and I have found people that⁣ provide Passport copy and utility bill for these countries.
Also I have found a way⁢ to get the documents notarized.

What you want to find next is a VPN or︀ proxy provider from one of the countries mentioned above so you can login from an︁ IP for instant in Cyprus.

Once accomplished you have a real offshore bank account to︂ PayPal linked!

That's very risky. I got an account last︂ year that was limited because I accidentally logged on without using the VPN ( i︃ know its my fault 🙁 ) but people make mistakes and I hope it won't be︄ the same for you if ever you tried the VPN method. They are just very︅ strict with their accounts, one wrong move and boom. All of your money are gone.︆

I don't think a VPN is strictly necessary to get this work. For instant I‌ used a computer in the local library to setup the account + paypal now I‍ login from home since 3 months no problems 😀
