Offshore bank account without any initial fee to be paid in.

I'm in the process to open a offshore bank account in Cyprus and want to open accounts at more places. The Cyprus bank is asking for euro 50 deposit why?

And you want banks with no minimum deposit? You can find several of those, especially in the Caribbean, but they will typically charge a monthly fee and/or a penalty fee if you fall below their minimum. Heritage Bank in Belize comes to mind. No fee if your balance is over $3,000.

50 EUR sounds like just enough to cover the cost of the first quarterly or yearly fees and fee to issue card(s) and internet banking. It's a bit low to be a minimum deposit.
