The Offshore bank account or rather international banks, like it is called in some quarters are authorized institutions in Belize, Seychelles and British Virgin Island. They are authorized by the Banks and Financial Institutions

Sorry Safa, no bank will accept your business if it is a unlicensed forex trading business, some have without our knowledge tried to fool the banks and they got shut down within a few days.


You will want to look into another solution, not sure where you have to look.
