Is it still possible to open an offshore bank account with anonymous bank card (debit/credit) and just numbered bank account?


Is there any minimum balance to be hold or deposit to be made?

It is the wrong way to look... You may want to construct your offshore company‌ and offshore banking in a way it isn't illegal or considered tax evasion 😉
